Delivery
We mail your products to you by Express Post Platinum or Regular Express via Australia Post ensuring you the quickest delivery possible. Next day trackable delivery is guaranteed by Australia Post, usually before 12pm to most areas. And that's not all…Hair Power dispatches your order on the same day making the delivery process even quicker! International orders are dispatched via trackable courier also the same day.


Returns Policy

All specials and sales items are non-refundable. All hair is sold on the condition that the purchaser thoroughly wash and check it to ensure happiness with the quality BEFORE it is applied to the wearer and before the tie is removed.


You are requested to follow known professional application methods and keep up-to-date with them. Hair Power deems that application to the new wearer is an acceptance of the quality, hair type and bond.

Colouring/Dying/Perming/Other Chemical Processes/Excessive Blow-drying: Hair Power does not advise or accept responsibility for any of these procedures. While we take every effort to achieve hair supply of consistent colour, from time to time there may be variations in colour baths, which are beyond our control. For your discerning clients please send us a hair sample for colour matching. For further information please refer to our company policy.

We will accept goods back if they are proven to be faulty which would be noted during your pre-application washing procedure and/or examination prior to the application to the new wearer. We do not accept returns after application to the new wearer.

Choose colours carefully from the hair power colour ring. Returns are not accepted when colours have been chosen using any other colour chart.
